Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.

2. Exceptions

• Services: if a service has been fully performed with your express consent and with your acknowledgement that you lose the withdrawal right once performance has begun, the right of withdrawal is lost.
• Digital content: if digital content is supplied by download with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the withdrawal right once delivery begins, the right of withdrawal is lost.
• Custom work: goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

3. How to withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal, email orenstack@proton.me with a clear statement of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. We will confirm receipt and reimburse all payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

4. Non-consumer orders

For business customers, refunds are governed by the terms of the applicable proposal, statement of work, or written agreement.
